Single nozzle atomizer

TSI's 9302 single nozzle atomizer can generate a dispersed aerosol flow through a simple compressed air source, making it a very cost-effective instrument. This instrument is also the simplest atomizer in the TSI series products, with a built-in pressure regulator for controlling the external air source. The 9302 single nozzle atomizer is capable of producing particles with a concentration exceeding 107 particles/cm3 at a rated flow rate of 6.5 L/min, equivalent to an average droplet size (D10) of 4-5 μ m and a concentration of 40000 particles/cc. It is an ideal choice for aligning LDV and PDPA systems and is particularly suitable for three component systems. The above values are typical values under a water inlet pressure of 175 kPa (25 psi). Users can generate appropriate amounts of aerosols for applications through convenient pressure control and flexible outlet pipes. Users can also accurately see how much liquid is in the device through the semi transparent liquid storage tank.
