The six nozzle atomizer 9306 is used to generate highly dispersed aerosols with high seed particle concentration for PIV and LDV measurements. The system has a built-in pressure regulator and pressure gauge, as well as an independent dilution system. External control allows you to generate atomized jets with six particles to choose from, with a concentration of more than 107 particles per cubic centimeter per production, at 6.5 liters per minute (nominal pressure of 25 PSI), allowing for adjustments in particle number concentration and total particle output. This system can be used to generate particles from almost any liquid, even solid particles from solutions or suspensions. Accurate control of dilution air flow enables further control of output concentration and generation of solid particles that contribute to drying from a solution
