It applies supergravity technology to continuous distillation processes in industrial production.Efficient rotary distillation machineComposed of one or more high-speed rotating rotors, gas-liquid flows through the rotors in a reverse flow manner for contact mass transfer. A commonly used distillation tower with a height of 1.2 meters is equivalent to a height of 15 meters, which is a major breakthrough over traditional plate and packed towers. The product has been identified by a national expert group and has reached a leading level (invention numbers: ZL011343214, ZL200510049145.1, US 7344126 B2). In 2007, it was approved by the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund. In 2008, it won the first prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. In 2010, it won the second prize for scientific and technological inventions from the Ministry of Education.
