　　Working Principle:

The feed gas is sprayed into the flat disc type crushing chamber with the incoming powder product through a Venturi nozzle at a speed of approximately 50m/s;

When the powder enters the crushing chamber, it will receive nozzle gas from the middle ring and accelerate to supersonic speed (approximately 350m/s) in a spiral motion;

During the process of spiral motion, slower particles collide strongly with faster particles, resulting in particle crushing;

The required particle size is collected from the separator in the crushing chamber along with the gas to the collector at the bottom;

The consumed gas is discharged from the middle and captured by anti-static filter bags for ultrafine powder;
