The soil moisture monitoring system is a soil moisture wireless sensor acquisition system with wireless data collection and transmission functions. Composed of a low-power, high-precision wireless data acquisition terminal and a soil temperature and humidity sensor. The data collection terminal has the ability of automatic collection and long-term low-power operation, and supports SDI-12, the internationally recognized sensor data collection protocol; Support 1-5 soil temperature and humidity probes. The temperature and humidity sensor is based on the frequency domain dielectric constant detection principle and is compatible with internationally recognized soil detection sensor specifications.
1、 Functional characteristics of soil temperature sensor
1. The temperature is calibrated using a professional constant temperature bath (usually manufacturers do not have professional calibration equipment, even if the sensor accuracy is high, the accuracy and stability will still decrease after integrated transmission)

2、 Functional characteristics of soil moisture sensor
1. The soil moisture sensor is calibrated using the drying method specified in the Agricultural Meteorological Observation Specification
2. The soil moisture sensor adopts a 4-probe ring structure design, which can measure the area inside the ring. It has a large measurement area and high stability (different from the 3-probe flat structure, which can only measure strip areas, with fewer probe measuring points and poor stability)
3. The soil moisture sensor uses ABS engineering plastic with high compressive strength, which can be directly applied to harsh environments such as saline alkali soil (different from environmentally friendly PVC plastic with low cost and poor impact resistance)
4. Adopting long-distance 485 communication without external transmission equipment, it is convenient to embed pipes and greatly enhances anti-interference ability (solving the problem of sensor 485 communication requiring external transmission and inconvenient pipe routing)
5. Optional soil moisture and soil temperature sensors are available for easy pre embedding and wiring, saving wiring materials and labor costs, while also facilitating the implementation of layered pre embedding requirements in meteorological observation standards
