Reasons for cold treatment of film by laminating machine
1. Improve the hardness and wear resistance of the rolling mill;
2. Stabilize the roll size to prevent changes in roll size during storage and use;
3. Prevent the rolling mill from cracking.
For high carbon alloy rolling rolls, when quenched and cooled to room temperature, most of the austenite will transform into martensite, but there is still a small amount of residual austenite between the martensite flakes, which depends on the alloy composition of the steel, quenching temperature, and treatment method. Excessive residual austenite will reduce the strength, fatigue strength, hardness, and wear resistance of the rolling mill. Residual austenite is an unstable structure that slowly continues to transform into martensite during storage and use, causing volume expansion and affecting the dimensional accuracy of the rolling mill. Therefore, cold treatment is often carried out on cold rolling rolls.
The cold treatment temperature is determined based on the end point of martensitic transformation. Carbon steel is generally -30-50 ℃, alloy steel is -40-80 ℃, and some as low as -100-120 ℃ are also used. Residual austenite in carbon tool steel is easy to stabilize at room temperature, so it should be quickly cooled after quenching and then tempered. For high alloy steel, due to its good hardenability and unstable residual austenite, it is generally necessary to perform cold treatment after quenching and tempering, followed by another low-temperature tempering.
A standard twin roll hot rolling mill generally consists of six parts: the main engine, heating system, lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system and safety protection, and electrical control system. A typical double roll hot rolling mill system consists of working rolls, cooling rolls, left and right supports, box seats, and reducers.
According to different requirements, the surface of the roller is engraved with square or diamond patterns, with a dot area of 0.18 square millimeters to 0.58 square millimeters, and an area ratio of about 8% to 20%. The highest temperature on the roller surface is 265 ℃, and the temperature field at both ends of the roller surface is controlled within ± 0.5 ℃ to 1 ℃. The lower roller is a smooth roller, also made of alloy steel, with a surface temperature of up to 265 ℃. The light roller is an arc-shaped roller with medium to high values. In addition to rotating, it can also move vertically up and down and horizontally to meet the functional requirements of the rolling mill and ensure the characteristics and quality of its products. There are two cooling rolls installed at the output end of the rolling mill. After the fiber web is bonded through hot rolling bonding process, it must be cooled and shaped to ensure the strength and flexibility of the product. The cooling roller is welded from high-quality carbon steel, and its surface has been sandblasted and chrome plated. Both ends are equipped with rotating joints to achieve water circulation
Working principle of freezer:
The compressor runs and sucks in low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator. The temperature and pressure of the compressed refrigerant increase, and it enters the condenser. The refrigerant condenses into a liquid state in the condenser, and after drying and filtering, it enters the expansion valve. The refrigerant is throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve and fully liquefied. It enters the evaporator and boils and vaporizes in the evaporator, absorbing heat from the surrounding space to achieve the cooling effect.
