Box technical parameters:

Cabinet body: The entire body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥ 2.5mm, which is CNC bent and formed. It has undergone acid pickling, phosphating, and pre baking treatment, and the surface has been electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin with white orange lines, achieving the effects of acid and alkali resistance and rust prevention. Install gas panels for operation on the inner wall of the cabinet.

2 door panels: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥ 2.5mm, the door lock adopts imported SOSCO pull open gate lock (64-40-411-50); The door sealing strip is made of high-quality U-shaped sealing strip, 10x21 (bubble height 8mm), with a built-in steel structure. The sealing strip complies with GB/T23661-2009 and has been tested by relevant institutions.

3 Explosion proof Window: Equipped with an open explosion-proof window with a size of 246 * 345mm, it can be opened through a small window when the cabinet door is not open, which can achieve safe and reliable daily operation, and facilitate daily maintenance and observation of the equipment status inside the cabinet. Handle and lock two in one design, press to open, black, beautiful and elegant, easy to operate; Imported AGC explosion-proof glass window, thickness ≥ 6.5mm, with metal wire inside, high transparency, high safety, and strong strength; The window adopts a detachable zinc alloy hinge, equipped with an electrostatic jumper, and securely links the door body and cabinet to provide protection.

4 Self closing door system: The cabinet is equipped with a self closing door system, and the door closer adopts the German Doma TS68 fireproof door closer, which can achieve 90 ° limit of the cabinet door and is easy to operate. The door closer meets the GA93-2004 standard and has been tested and qualified by the National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and Fire resistant Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The designed service life is ≥ 300000 times, and it runs smoothly and flexibly during use. It can automatically close with a light touch of the cabinet door.

5 Gas Cylinder Bracket: Equipped with 4 aluminum alloy mold formed gas cylinder brackets with dimensions of 245 * 245mm, easy to install panels and gas fittings. The surface is coated with epoxy resin and equipped with C-shaped guide rails, which can adjust the height freely up and down. It is fixed with quick connect stainless steel chains, with a length of 22 sections and spring buckles at both ends, effectively preventing the gas cylinder from tipping over. Double layered fixation of gas cylinders provides greater safety.

6. Air intake filter screen: The bottom of the door is equipped with a breathable filter screen (metal mesh with filter cotton), which can effectively filter dust and other particles in the air. It can be manually adjusted and is easy to disassemble, clean and replace.
