Usually, there should be less than 5 small dust particles per square meter; ④ The wall sealing effect, the paint booth must be sealed, and there should be no accumulation of paint dust at the joints; ⑤ Ensure positive pressure, the inlet air volume of the paint baking room should be slightly greater than the outlet air volume to keep the paint baking room in a positive pressure state; ⑥ The sealing effect of the heating system should be well sealed around the burner and chimney, and there should be no oil ash after combustion; ⑦ The heating rate, the time it takes for the paint baking room to rise from 20 ℃ to 60 ℃ is about 10-15 minutes. At the same time, it should be noted that some paint baking room thermometers are inaccurate, and the temperature measurement should be based on the temperature of the metal body inside the paint baking room. If the selected paint booth can meet the above conditions, it is an ideal paint booth. But in the process of accumulated use, there may be multiple situations such as poor quality of the paint booth, excessive dust in the room, poor construction effect, and poor lighting effect
