The spray painting exhaust gas purification tower is a new generation of dry adsorption acidic exhaust gas purifier jointly developed by our company under the guidance of relevant design units, after the original BF, DGS, BSG alkaline wet acid mist purification towers. The purifier uses special adsorption fillers and is another novel purification equipment for treating various acidic exhaust gases such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), hydrochloric acid mist (HCL), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), and hydrofluoric acid (HF). It has high purification efficiency, compact structure, small footprint, corrosion resistance, good aging resistance, light weight, and is easy to install and transport.
Compared with the alkaline wet purification tower, it has the following characteristics:
1. High adsorption purification efficiency;
2. Good temperature applicability;
3. Low operating costs, one-time addition of fillers, can meet long-term operation requirements;
4. Simple operation, management, and maintenance;
5. No secondary pollution is generated during operation;
6. It can purify and process multiple mixed acidic gases simultaneously.
Scope of application of spray painting exhaust gas purification tower
The spray painting exhaust gas purification tower has become suitable for acidic exhaust gas generated in low concentration, large quantities or intermittent explosive high concentration working environments, and its application fields are extremely wide; It can be applied to occasions or factory workshops where acidic waste gases are generated, such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, machinery, electroplating, electronic component production, battery life, acid washing operations, laboratory emissions, etc.
Working principle of spray painting exhaust gas purification tower
The acidic exhaust gas is purified by the filling bed layer inside the purifier (filling materials are divided into YHI and YHII types according to the acidic medium), and the exhaust gas is uniformly adsorbed through the filling material. The treated exhaust gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere by the fan, and the purified exhaust gas meets the requirements of Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollution GB16297-1996.
