Vacuum drying is the process of heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, keeping the working chamber in a vacuum state, greatly accelerating the drying rate of materials, and also saving energy.

Vacuum drying equipment is divided into static drying and dynamic drying machines. YZG cylindrical and FZG square vacuum drying machines belong to static vacuum drying machines, while SZG double cone rotary vacuum drying machine belongs to dynamic drying machines. When the material is dried in a static dryer, it is in a static state and its shape will not be damaged. It can also be disinfected before drying. The material keeps flipping during drying in the dynamic dryer, resulting in more uniform and thorough drying.

The boiling point of the solvent in the vacuum state decreases, making it suitable for unstable or heat sensitive materials. Vacuum has good sealing properties for drying agents, making it also suitable for drying materials that require solvent recovery and contain strong irritants and toxic gases.

The same model of vacuum dryer has four heating methods: steam, hot water, thermal oil, and electric heating. For example, in order to increase the drying capacity, the number of drying rack layers can be appropriately increased. Please inform our factory in a timely manner.
