working principle:

1. This equipment is a precision grinding and polishing device. The material to be ground and polished is placed on a polishing disc. The polishing disc rotates counterclockwise, and the correction wheel drives the workpiece to rotate. The pressure cylinder applies pressure to the workpiece, and the workpiece and polishing disc rotate and rub against each other to achieve the purpose of grinding and polishing.

2．The grinding disc dressing mechanism adopts hydraulic suspension guide rail to move back and forth, and the diamond trimming knife precisely trims the grinding surface of the grinding disc to obtain the ideal flat effect.
