This series of sanitary centrifugal pumps is manufactured by stamping SUS304, SUS316, or SUS316L stainless steel plates. The motors are ordinary cast iron motors or explosion-proof motors, and can be equipped with SUS304 stainless steel protective covers. The inlet and outlet are divided into quick fit clamp type, internal and external thread type, flange type, and tube joint type, for users to choose from. Working Principle:
The pump head is divided into two main parts: the impeller and the pump casing. The impeller is placed inside the pump casing and rotates together with the pump shaft. The rotational driving energy of the impeller is converted into a part of the kinetic energy, while the pump casing converts the kinetic energy of the stationary part into pressure. With the help of an electric motor or engine, the energy is converted into velocity or kinetic energy and pressure and transmitted to the fluid being pumped. Even with simple reverse rotation, this pump is not feasible. The rotation direction of the pump can also be seen from behind the motor, and the correct rotation direction is clockwise.
