Filling section

The filling part of the equipment adopts a 4-head linear filling method, with the main components including: ① frame ② filling head ③ metering pump group ④ conveyor belt ⑤ cylinder ⑥ cylinder lifting mechanism ⑦ bottle blocking mechanism ⑧ nylon infusion tube ⑨ photoelectric probe

The motor adopts cylinder transmission to ensure the stability and accuracy of the equipment. All actions during filling, including bottle feeding, filling, and discharging, are automatically tracked, detected, and controlled by photoelectric probes, achieving no bottle filling. Changing the bottle type only requires adjusting the distance between the conveyor belt guardrail, bottle blocking plate, and filling head, which is simple and convenient, and can be used for multiple purposes.

The filling head is designed with 4 heads (which can be designed according to production needs) to prevent ink overflow due to excessive speed or movement of the equipment. The filling position adopts a submerged filling method, with multiple metering pumps controlling the filling volume. The metering pumps can adjust the capacity according to customer filling requirements, with accurate measurement, smooth filling, and fast speed, suitable for large-scale production. When the bottles enter the filling area through the conveyor belt, the photoelectric probe automatically counts the number of bottles, and the filling head falls to the bottom of the bottle for filling, rising with the liquid level. The filling head is equipped with a shut-off valve. When the filling is completed and the filling head is reset, the suction device inside the filling head will suck back an appropriate amount of liquid, effectively solving the problem of dripping. The filling head can be installed with the foam elimination device carefully designed by our company to avoid problems such as inaccurate filling volume and bottle pollution caused by foam rising and foam overflowing.

Capping section

Working principle: It consists of the body, star disk, capping head, conveyor belt, vibrating capping hopper and other components. These components are driven by a 0.75kw electric motor to drive a reducer, which in turn drives a precision cam divider. The disc rotates intermittently through a pair of chain wheels, with the cam divider rotating once and the star wheel rotating at a fixed angle. The working process involves the filled bottles being fed into the disc by a conveyor belt and rotated through the gap between the star wheels, causing the bottles to enter the capping and rolling stations respectively, completing various actions.

The upward and downward movements of the capping head are executed through the contour asymptote of the lifting cam inside the workbench.

Instructions for use

Automatic cap dropping: This machine is equipped with an automatic cap sorting machine, which uses electromagnetic vibration to move the bottle cap from the vibration hopper track into the bottle cap slide, and hangs the bottle cap on the bottle mouth by rotating through the gap of the star disk.

Automatic capping: The bottle is transferred to the capping station, and through the rotation of the four blade rolling head and the up and down movement of the rolling head, the aluminum cap is firmly rolled onto the bottleneck. The four blade rolling cover consists of two parts of action: the rotational motion of the four blades and the up and down motion of the four blades. The rotation of the four knives is driven by a separate motor, and the up and down movement of the four knives is implemented by a groove shaped cam on the distribution shaft through a lever mechanism.
