Compact, modular, and intelligent
CCU-010 is a compact, fully automatic ion sputtering and/or evaporation carbon plating equipment that is very easy to use. Adopting a unique plug-in design, it can be easily configured as a sputtering or evaporation equipment by simply changing the coating head. Plasma treatment can be performed before and/or after coating. Modular design can easily avoid cross contamination between metal and carbon deposition.

Clever vacuum design
The CCU-010 LV fine vacuum coating system is designed specifically for conventional high-quality sputtering coating and carbon plating of SEM and EDX. The modular design can easily upgrade low vacuum units to high vacuum units in the future. Specially selected and designed materials, surfaces, and shapes can greatly shorten the vacuuming time.
SP-010Sputtering module
The SP-010 sputtering module has a long continuous coating time and is very suitable for applications that require thicker films. Multiple sputtering targets are available, suitable for conductive thin film applications such as SEM.
SP-010 is an ideal tool for fine particle precious metal coating in electron microscopes. For extremely fine particle size coatings, it is recommended to use the CCU-010 HV version with turbopump vacuum pumping.
CT-010 Carbon Evaporation Module
The compact plug-in carbon evaporation module sets a new benchmark for carbon plating and is very suitable for applications such as SEM that require high-quality carbon films. CT-010 can be coated up to dozens of times without the need to replace the carbon source. It can be used for gentle evaporation of thin films on temperature sensitive samples, as well as high-power flash coating of carbon for medium thick film applications.
GD-010 Glow Discharge Module
The optional GD-010 glow discharge system is used for surface treatment, such as making the carbon film hydrophilic.
HS-010Vacuum storage box
The HS-010 vacuum storage box can store spare coating heads, target materials, and other accessories under vacuum conditions, keeping them in a clean state.
ET-010Plasma etching unit
Before or after coating the sample, plasma etching treatment can be performed on the sample.
Coating LAB software
Using PC based Coating LAB software, processing data including chart information can be viewed.

CCU-010 provides a sample stage with a diameter of not less than 60mm, which can be inserted into a height adjustable and tiltable sample stage bracket. Other specialized rotating sample tables, planetary tables, slide sample tables, etc. can be selected.
