Temperature range: 0°C ～135°C.
Most gasoline contains fatty hydrocarbons to n-dodecane (C12). In order to better identify aromatic hydrocarbons and oxygen-containing compounds, it is necessary to wash benzene after C11 and toluene after C12.
The strongly polar Rt TCEP stationary phase provides a benzene retention index greater than 1100 and allows for the separation of alcohols and aromatics from aliphatic compounds in gasoline.
The Rt TCEP capillary column has the same strong polarity and high column efficiency as the TCEP packed column (used as a pre column in ASTM D4815 for the analysis of petroleum oxygen-containing compounds), and can separate many compounds using elution methods that cannot be achieved by other strongly polar siloxanes.
The surface of Rt TCEP capillary column is coated with a non bonded stationary phase, which enhances the stability of the polymer and prolongs the column life. Avoid solvent rinsing. It is only necessary to adjust the column when it is used near the maximum operating temperature.
