Product Details

The product complies with GB/T15432-1995 Determination of Total Suspended Particles in Environmental Air by Weight Method, HJ/T374-2007 Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Total Suspended Particle Samplers, and HJ/T368-2007 Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Orifice Flowmeters Used for Calibrating Total Suspended Samplers; Implement the enterprise standard Q/W TH43-2014: TH-3150 Atmospheric and Particulate Matter Combination Sampler.


  Scope of application:
The TH-3150 combined atmospheric and particulate matter sampler is the latest developed portable on-site atmospheric sampler. Based on extensive consideration of expert advice and valuable user feedback, it is designed by integrating the functions and advantages of the TH-3000 and TH-150 series. The TH-3150 sampler is suitable for collecting particulate matter (TSP, PM10, PM5, PM2.5, etc.) and various harmful gas components (SO2, CO, NOX, etc.) in the ambient air.


  Instrument features:
The instrument integrates particulate matter sampling and gas sampling functions, and can simultaneously sample particulate matter (TSP, PM10, PM2.5, etc.) and gases such as SO2 and NOX in the ambient air;
The instrument can simultaneously collect four gas samples and one particulate matter sample, with five independent controls;
When sampling four gases, industrial grade electronic (semiconductor) constant temperature technology is used, with dual temperature measurement. The absorption bottle adopts a fully enclosed automatic constant temperature method, which has good constant temperature effect and long service life;
Automatic constant current control using a combination of gas dynamics principles such as microporous constant current and feedback steady flow;
Multiple sampling modes such as regular mode, interval mode, constant product mode, scientific mode, etc. are set to automatically calculate the sampling volume of the standard condition. It can be sampled at regular and interval intervals, with multiple sampling volume accumulation functions and state conversion capabilities;
The particulate matter sampling part adopts DC brushless motor technology, which has a long service life and low operating noise;
The gas sampling section adopts a low-noise, high-performance imported DC brushless gas pump that can be recycled and equipped with a drying bottle to protect the gas collection path from the influence of moisture in the absorption bottle;
Built in large capacity memory, capable of permanently storing at least 50 sets of sampling data;
Real time clock display, power failure self recovery sampling, with the function of selecting whether to supplement or not to supplement sampling after power failure;
Software calibration function with user password protection;
Power outage and incoming call log recording, with query and wireless printing data functions;
OLED wide temperature LCD Chinese character display screen ensures normal operation of the instrument under low light and low temperature conditions;
Equipped with an air path filtering and dehumidification protection device, effectively removing the interference of moisture on the air path;
Automatic measurement of on-site atmospheric pressure and temperature, and automatic participation in gas state conversion;


  Security protection function:Pressure gauge over limit alarm protection function, flow over limit alarm protection function, and limit protection threshold can be set.
Electronic flow meters can be used for all four gas sampling channels.
