Application scope
The OCR series closed cycle drying and crystallization machine is used for continuous crystallization of amorphous materials, crystallizing PET raw materials or recycled materials that have not yet crystallized into crystalline raw materials that can be directly dehumidified and dried. The system includes a heating device, insulation material bucket, and mixing components. When PET raw materials or crushed materials that have not undergone crystallization enter the hopper, crystallization treatment is carried out while stirring to prevent raw material agglomeration and reduce product defect rate. The crystallized plastic can be transported from the bottom of the hopper to the storage bin or directly to the drying bin for drying and use.

Working principle
After starting the suction process, the electric hot air blower starts and the raw materials begin to heat up. When the raw materials pile up above the level switch position, the main control box stops outputting signals to the suction machine. Heating the raw materials for a period of time, when the temperature sensing probe of the material barrel reaches the set crystallization temperature value, the raw materials are sent out by the feeding device; At this point, as the material level in the hopper gradually decreases, the suction device begins to replenish the uncrystallized raw materials, achieving continuous crystallization operation.
