This dehydrator is a three legged suspended pendulum, which can avoid the vibration of the foundation during operation due to the unbalanced load inside the drum.
The shell and top cover are made of steel plates, the chassis material is cast iron, the water outlet pipe is below the chassis, and the base and column base materials are all cast iron.
The spindle is made of high-quality steel and equipped with two bearings. The lower end is supported by thrust ball bearings to reduce wear and save power.
The drum is made of copper or stainless steel plate with button holes, and the cage base is made of cast iron and lined with a stainless steel bottom cover. The drum is mounted on the conical surface at the upper end of the spindle to ensure smooth operation.
This dehydrator adopts an independent electric motor driven by triangular tape, equipped with a centrifugal starting flange, which can slowly start the machine. Its braking efficiency is high, which can quickly stop the drum and avoid the spindle from being subjected to torque due to braking.
