　　Single blade ten head capping machineIt is a fully automatic capping machine developed by our factory for penicillin bottle (water) powder injection drugs after filling. Smooth operation, safe and reliable, high production efficiency.

Working principle: The antibiotic bottle enters the capping machine through the bottle feeding mechanism, and the aluminum cap is automatically placed on the bottle mouth along the cap supply track. Then it enters the capping mechanism and is clamped by the rotating upper and lower pressing heads. The bottle body rotates along the circumference of the rolling knife while rotating with the pressing head, and the cap is tightly pressed against the bottle mouth by the rolling knife, thus completing the capping work.
