The pressure generated by the hydraulic pump driven by the servo motor in the internal pressure testing machine is transmitted to the pressure sensor and the tested glass sample bottle in an equivalent manner through the pipeline. The equipment controller collects pressure signals in real time from the pressure sensor and controls the servo motor to drive the hydraulic pump according to the pressure signal value to linearly increase the pressure change in the system according to the requirements of relevant standards and ISO standards until it reaches the preset value. During the pressurization or holding process, if the tested sample bottle ruptures, it is considered unqualified. If the tested sample bottle is still intact after the system automatically releases pressure at the end of the test, it is considered qualified.
