Thermocouple measurement and simulation module TIO0110

TIO0110 is a thermocouple (T/C) measurement and simulation module used in conjunction with Meriam MFT 4000 series Multi Function Tester. The module will accurately measure or obtain 110 millivolts (millivolts) of any of the 12 different T/C types s according to NIST 175, 1TS-90 (default), or 1TS-68 standards. In this measurement mode, the TIO0110 module converts millivolts DC into temperature values at the user selected temperature units (Fahrenheit, Celsius, Rankine, or Kelvin) and each selected standard. For direct reading or fault detection, millivolts also need to be displayed.
In this simulation mode, the TIO0110 module simulates an accurate current signal to the receiving device. Users can input precise simulated temperature values,
As the MFT ramp control changes, set and select the testing program for three automatic steps in each T/C type. The testing points are determined by the user and can be gradually tracked automatically or manually. Refer to the second page of Table 1 for available T/C types and measurement/simulation accuracy information.
The T/C calibration coefficient is loaded into the module memory at the factory, making it instantly accessible by the basic MFT. The on-site recalibration of this module is provided by the "RCAL" function of MFT.
