Main Features

1) The machine is made of 304 stainless steel material, and all welding points are polished. The outer surface of the equipment is also polished to meet GMP certification standards;

The parameters, functions, debugging, and management involved in the operation of the machine can be directly set and adjusted. The independent debugging function interface makes it more convenient and efficient for users to adjust the machine. If the parameter settings are chaotic and cannot work normally, users can restore the factory settings with one click to quickly resume production. At the same time, it has multiple selectable output ports, and users can modify the function output ports according to their needs;

5) The device adopts ARM intelligent control system+servo motor control, with overload protection, precise action, fast speed, maintenance free and other characteristics;

6) It has a fixed-point shutdown function. During shutdown, the sealing and other heating stations should be separated from the composite film and kept at a sufficient distance to effectively prevent material and composite film from overheating;

7) According to the characteristics of the material, a swinging (translational) measuring mechanism or a rotating tray measuring cup measuring mechanism can be used, which has high filling accuracy and no material blockage phenomenon;

8) Equipped with photoelectric marking function, ensuring that the printed pattern on the packaging bag is complete and consistent, with a pattern error of ≤± 1mm;

9) The machine adopts intermittent (clamp type) heat sealing, with smooth and beautiful sealing;

10) Optional color matching with coding machine, realizing online and three line coding (product batch number, production date, shelf life), with clear handwriting, easy recognition, and convenient adjustment. The printing position can be adjusted and matching characters are provided. Alternatively, a heat transfer coding machine can be selected;
