【working principle】

The ton bag folding machine consists of a frame, a unpacking hopper, an electric hoist, a dust collector, and a rotary feeding valve (set according to the requirements of the subsequent process).

The ton bag is lifted by an electric hoist and reaches above the hopper. The bag mouth extends into the feeding port of the hopper, and then the bag clamping valve is closed tightly. The bag tying rope is untied, and the bag clamping valve is slowly opened. The material in the bag flows smoothly into the material

Fight; The material is fed into the rotary valve at the bottom of the hopper and enters the bottom pipeline. The compressed air from the factory can transport the material to the destination by pneumatic force, completing the unpacking and conveying work (if not needed, this valve can be omitted). For fine powder materials, this equipment can be equipped with built-in or external dust collectors (as shown in the picture above) to filter out the dust generated during the dumping process and discharge the clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere, allowing workers to work easily in a clean environment. If it is a clean granular material with low dust content, installing a polyester filter at the exhaust port can achieve the purpose of dust removal without the need for a dust collector;

The overall height can be controlled between 2-5 meters to meet the requirements of floor height; If the electric hoist is fixed on the frame, the top floor does not need to bear this load; The bottom of the folding machine is fixed with anchor bolts, without the need for pre embedded foundations; For unpacking equipment higher than 5 meters, a pre embedded foundation is required to increase its firmness. When there are many folding machines, they can also be placed side by side for centralized management and planning in the factory.
