Installation method:

1. Before opening the box, open the doors on both sides and install the two rolls of packaging tape onto the left and right core shafts respectively. (Install the left tape in a counterclockwise direction and the right tape in a clockwise direction.)

2. Install the pressure spring, adjust the pressure of the spring with a retaining ring, and tighten it.

3. Introduce the left and right packaging tapes into the position between the upper rollers in the direction shown in the diagram.

4. Activate the "power on" button, press the "hot close" button, and the roller shaft will rotate to feed the packaging tape in.

5. When the actual temperature of the upper (lower) hot press key reaches the set temperature value and stabilizes, if only the "start" button is pressed without activating the "injection" button, the adhesion degree of the packaging tape can be checked.

packing:

(1) Press the "Package Heating" button to heat up, the indicator lights will turn on, and each display will show the initial set value. Then, the edge sealing will start heating, entering the working state. The packaging quantity color setting range is 1-999 bags

The setting range for filling capacity is 70-280ML, usually set to 150ML.

(2) Edge sealing, sealing temperature setting range 110-190℃, usually set to 130-160℃The numbers on its temperature display are virtual, and customers can use it with confidence. Modify the settings by selecting relevant items and using the up and down buttons to change the set values.

(3) When the actual temperature of the sealed edge reaches the set temperature value and stabilizes, the preparation indicator light (green) will light up, and the packaging operation can officially begin.

(4) Open the main valve: Press the "filling" button to start the packaging of the medicine, and the counting of the packaging quantity will be displayed. When the set packaging quantity is reached, the machine will automatically stop.

The handle pressure plate and squeezing medicine bag can quickly squeeze out the medicine inside the bag.

B、 Before starting the packaging process, open the main valve and patiently wait for the filling pipeline to be filled with medication. Only when there are no bubbles rising from the pipeline can packaging begin.

C、 Instructions for starting from zero packaging quantity:

After setting the packaging quantity, the value displayed on the "Packaging Quantity" monitor is the actual number of bags that have been packaged. In order to accurately reflect the effective number of packaging bags, this device has done the following processing: at the beginning of packaging injection, the first cut medicine bag (i.e. the remaining packaging bag hanging under the machine head that was not cut last time) is not counted and displayed as "0" on the monitor, while the second cut medicine bag is the first bag of this packaging, displayed as 1 on the monitor, and counting begins.

D、 After setting the packaging quantity, in automatic mode, when the actual packaging quantity matches the set quantity, the packaging injection will automatically stop. If refilling the packaging, it must first be 'reset to zero' or the packaging quantity must be reset after cleaning, otherwise the machine will not rotate.

E、 After packaging a decoction pot, the glass filter and filling pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned (see cleaning method below).

(6) Equipment that does not require packaging for a long time should have the "hot close" button turned off, the indicator light turned off, and the packaging status ended.
