The tray tray feeder is equipped with a material belt. Composed of lifting mechanism and motion control system. After the material tray containing the material is placed in the silo, the material is transported to the lifting mechanism by a belt, and the lifting mechanism lifts the material, which can be picked up by a robotic arm or robot. After the material retrieval is completed, the transfer robot transfers the empty material tray to the empty tray bin, and the lifting mechanism descends to feed the empty material tray into the discharge bin, repeating this process in a loop.
