Safety precautions and usage instructions

4.1 Safety precautions

4.1.1 When measuring substances harmful to the human body, please take protective measures;

4.1.2 If the instrument starts to overheat, smoke or emit abnormal odors, please immediately turn off the power;

4.1.3 Do not disassemble or modify this instrument;

4.1.4 In order to avoid process leakage, users can only use O-rings designed with corresponding flange joints, as accidental leakage may cause injury or death.

4.1.5 Avoid contact with leads or terminal blocks. The high voltage that may exist on the lead wire can cause electric shock, and accidental electric shock can lead to death or serious injury.

4.1.6 When not in use for a long time, the power should be turned off.

4.2 Instructions for Use

4.2.1 Please carefully read this user manual and fully understand the functions and operations of each part of the instrument before use. Before use, check whether each part of the instrument is working properly.

5.2 Wiring definition

Water meter A2/B2: connected to RS485 A (blue line)/B line (white line), input interface;

RS485 A1/B1: temporarily connect RS485 A (blue wire)/B wire (white wire) for data output;

9-36V IN+/9-36V IN -: Voltage input (9-36V IN+connected to power supply+(red wire), 9-36V IN - connected to power supply - (black wire), remember not to input overvoltage)

24V/GND: 24V output (only 9-36V input has output, approximately equal to 9-36V input voltage, GND is connected to the yellow line);

8Maintenance and troubleshooting

8.1 routine maintenance

If the instrument becomes dirty, please wipe it with a soft cloth and do not use gasoline, paint thinner, or other cleaning agents to clean the instrument.

8.2 General troubleshooting

When the high-speed acquisition multi parameter flowmeter display screen is abnormal, the first thing to check is whether the cable is broken or short circuited, and if so, replace the cable;

8.2.2 When there is a communication abnormality in the high-speed acquisition of multi parameter flow meters, the RS485 communication line should be checked for damage first, and if so, the RS485 communication line should be replaced.
