The stainless steel storage tanks produced by our company are sterile storage tank devices widely used in various fields such as dairy engineering, food engineering, beer engineering, fine chemical engineering, biopharmaceutical engineering, and water treatment engineering. A newly designed storage device with advantages such as easy operation, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, easy cleaning, and shock resistance, is one of the key equipment for storage and transportation in production. Made of all stainless steel material, the contact material can be selected from 316L or 304. The stamped head is welded without dead corners, and the inside and outside are polished, fully complying with GMP standards. There are various types of storage tanks to choose from, including mobile, fixed, vacuum, and atmospheric pressure types. The capacity of mobile tanks ranges from 50L-1000L, while the capacity of fixed tanks ranges from 0.5T-300T, and they are made according to requirements.

Principle:

1. Storage tanks are divided into vertical storage tanks and horizontal storage tanks, single-layer storage tanks, double-layer storage tanks, and three-layer insulated storage tanks.

2. The stainless steel storage tank equipment is designed reasonably, with advanced technology and automatic control, in compliance with GMP standards. The tank body adopts a vertical or horizontal single-layer or double-layer structure, and can be filled with insulation materials according to user requirements.

3. According to different storage capacities ranging from 50-15000L, it is recommended to use outdoor storage tanks for tanks with a storage capacity of over 20000L The material is made of SUS304 imported stainless steel.

4. The storage tank has good insulation performance, and the tank is equipped with the following devices: mixer, CIP cleaning spray head, manhole, temperature hole, liquid level indicator, antibacterial breathing hole, sterile sampling port, inlet and outlet, etc.
