UF ultrafiltration high flow security filterThe product has the characteristics of high filtration flux, small operating pressure difference, absolute accuracy, small footprint, and easy installation. It can quickly filter out solid particles such as iron oxide in the system, effectively avoiding the dissolution of oxides under high temperature conditions after the unit is started, thereby greatly shortening the start-up time of the unit. The filter is installed between the condensate pump and the low-pressure heater. For high flow condensate, iron removal filtration is generally used to shorten the condensate recovery time. It can also be installed on the heating return water pipeline before entering the low-pressure heater to remove suspended solids in the heating return water and reduce the iron content in the heating return water.

The high flux security filter is divided into two structural forms: horizontal (H series) and vertical (V series). The horizontal structure has lower requirements for vertical installation space, and the filter element is installed horizontally, making operation and maintenance more convenient. However, the equipment has a large reserve for horizontal operation space. The vertical structure has lower requirements for horizontal space, but has larger requirements for vertical installation space. Moreover, due to the vertical installation of the filter element, the maintenance and operation height is much higher than that of the horizontal structure. Customers should fully consider such factors and determine the optimal structural form based on on-site conditions and site requirements.

LVDA filters all high flux security filters and condensate filters undergo a water pressure test before leaving the factory. The test pressure is 1.25 times the design pressure, and the factory contract is only valid if the test pressure is maintained above 30 minutes
Design temperature: 80 ℃ for conventional type and 120 ℃ for high-temperature type. The temperature operation of the condensate filter depends on the filter element
After installing high-performance filter cartridges, it achieves deep absolute filtration with a filtration efficiency of up to 99.98% (Beta value of 5000), effectively removing trace suspended solids in water, protecting the safety of RO system inlet water, and extending the service life of expensive membrane components.
