The UV photocatalytic purification technology has been verified through practical engineering in terms of investment cost, operating cost, no secondary pollution, purification efficiency, etc., and has advantages that conventional deodorization technologies cannot compare with.
The UV photolysis purification method uses high-energy UV radiation to break down and oxidize the molecular chains of odorous substances, change the material structure, and decompose and oxidize high molecular pollutants into low molecular weight harmless substances in the photolysis purification equipment. Its deodorization efficiency can reach 99%, which greatly exceeds the national emission standard for odorous substances issued in 1993. It can treat high concentration mixed gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, benzene, styrene, carbon disulfide, trimethylamine, dimethyl disulfide, etc. The internal light source can be used for three years, and the equipment life is over ten years. The purification technology is reliable and very stable. The purification equipment does not require daily maintenance, only needs to be connected to the power supply for normal use, and has low operating costs and no secondary pollution.
Scope of application for UV photocatalytic oxidation:
Deodorization and purification of organic and inorganic odorous gases in food processing plants, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, poultry feed plants, paper mills, sewage treatment plants, garbage transfer stations, manure treatment plants, etc.
1. Strong adaptability: It can adapt to the purification treatment of most high concentrations, atmospheric quantities, and different organic gas substances. Through reasonable module configuration, it can be widely used for deodorization, sterilization, and purification treatment of gases in refineries, rubber plants, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, sewage treatment plants, garbage transfer stations, sewage pump rooms, central air conditioning, etc. It can work continuously 24 hours a day, with stable and reliable operation.
2. Efficient Odor Removal: It can efficiently remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia, and various odors. The deodorization efficiency can reach up to 99% or more, and the deodorization effect is much better than the national odor pollutant emission standards (GB14554-93)
