Main structure and working principle:

This machine is a flip type batch and dry (wet) crushing, grinding, and mixing equipment, consisting of a grinding cylinder, exciter, base, and soundproof cover. During operation, the material is mixed with a vibrating medium in the grinding cylinder and subjected to strong vibrations, impacts, and shear forces. After a certain period of time (depending on the grindability and required particle size of the material), qualified products can be obtained.

There is a water jacket outside the grinding cylinder, and the main water nozzle is connected to the inlet and outlet water nozzles of the refrigeration unit with a hose. The grinding temperature can be controlled by circulating the cooled liquid through a pump.

The vibration isolation spring and sound insulation cover respectively serve to isolate vibration and reduce noise.

This machine adopts enhanced vibration parameters, and the material is subjected to impact and grinding during the grinding process, resulting in high crushing efficiency.
