The FN ultrasonic grading filtration equipment, also commonly known as a screw elevator or screw feeder, is an automated device that uses the principle of vibration to vertically or obliquely transport loose materials such as powders and granules upwards. It is widely used in modern industrial production, especially in areas that require clean and sealed transportation.

Main components
Spiral groove body: The core working component is made of stainless steel, and the material runs on its internal spiral channel.
Base/bracket: The main structure that supports the entire device.
Vibration motor: power source. Usually installed on one or two units, the required composite vibration is generated by adjusting the phase angle of its eccentric block.
Vibration damping spring: connects the base and the groove body, supporting the groove body on one hand and providing vibration isolation on the other hand, preventing vibration from being transmitted to the foundation. It can be a metal spring or a rubber spring.
Detailed explanation of working principle
Its working principle is based on inertial vibration theory. As shown in the above figure, when the vibration motor is started, the eccentric blocks at both ends rotate at high speed, generating a strong directional excitation force.
This excitation force can be decomposed into two directions of force:
Vertical force: causes vertical vibration of the spiral groove body, continuously throwing the material inside the groove upwards, making the material in a "jumping" state, reducing the friction between the material and the groove bottom.
Horizontal torsional force: Due to the helical shape of the spiral groove, this horizontal force will be converted into a torsional vibration around the central axis.
Under the combined action of these two forces, each time the material is thrown up, it will fall back into the groove surface and move forward (i.e. upward along the spiral trajectory) for a short distance under the combined action of gravity and horizontal thrust. This cycle repeats itself, achieving a smooth and continuous spiral upward movement of the material.
Adjustment of conveying speed: usually achieved by changing the amplitude of the vibration motor. Adjust the angle of the eccentric block of the motor. The smaller the angle, the larger the amplitude, and the stronger the conveying capacity.
