The VU dry sand making system consists of VU impact crusher, VU mold control screen, VU particle optimization machine, humidification mixer, dust removal and powder collection module, and central control system.

02The raw materials are fed into the VU impact crusher through lifting, and after high-frequency stone grinding, they enter the mold control screen. After sorting, the screened materials are returned to the VU impact crusher for processing according to the sorting results. The screened materials enter the VU particle optimization machine for material reshaping. At the same time, the entire mold control screen controls the powder content of the materials through the air selection of the dust collector. Finally, the VU particle optimization machine discharges the materials and uniformly mixes them through a humidifying mixer. After being processed by the VU aggregate optimization system, it produces finished sand with reasonable gradation, rounded particle size, and controllable powder content, as well as high value-added stone powder that is dry, clean, and can be uniformly recycled (the applicable range is determined according to the raw materials)./

    Wind selection and screening technology

  • Combining wind selection technology with vibration screening technology, vibration fabric, linear screening, and negative pressure powder removal are completed in one chamber. By adjusting the total air volume online through the central control system, the powder content of the finished sand can be adjusted, and the fineness modulus can be fine tuned.

  • VU sand particles are round in shape, with greatly reduced surface edges and burrs, clean surface, and methylene blue value<0.5. On site, according to different needs, the fineness modulus can be adjusted from 2.3 to 2.9 and the powder content from 5 to 13% without replacing any hardware.
