If refractory bricks are added to the furnace to maintain a high furnace temperature, poor quality coal can also be burned. The water circulation is good, and all parts washed away by smoke are cooled by water, resulting in good elasticity of the entire structure. The curved water pipe arranged on the upper part of the furnace body is the convective heating zone, and the grate pipe and furnace liner arranged on the lower part of the furnace body are the radiation heating zone. The furnace structure and flue gas flow are arranged reasonably, with good heat transfer. The boiler design is reasonable, the structure is simple, the operation and maintenance are convenient, the footprint is small, and the infrastructure investment is low. It is one of the ideal equipment for small enterprises and institutions to produce steam, heating, etc.

If the warranty period is exceeded or human damage occurs, we are still responsible for the maintenance and guidance of the equipment, and only charge the cost fee for the repaired and replaced parts.
