Product Introduction: The chemical name of vinylon fiber is polyvinyl alcohol, which has lower strength than polyester, with a strength of only 5.32-5.72Cndtex, a fracture elongation of 12-25%, poor elasticity, poor fabric shape retention, good wear resistance, and durability 1-2 times that of pure cotton. However, its biggest advantage is that it can withstand strong alkali and has good moisture absorption, making it easy to bond with rubber. It is a good material used in the rubber industry, but its disadvantage is low temperature resistance, shrinkage at temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius, and lack of acid resistance.
Material properties of vinylon filter cloth: resistant to strong alkali, good wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, durability 1-2 times higher than pure cotton, and strong moisture absorption. The disadvantage is that it has low temperature resistance, and will shrink when the temperature reaches 100 degrees, making it not resistant to acidity.
