Main Purpose and Scope of Application

WDW-300MThe microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine is a high-precision and multi-purpose material testing machine used to test the mechanical properties of various metal materials, non-metal materials, composite materials, polymer materials, and other materials. The precision ball screw is driven by a servo motor through a reduction system to rotate and drive the loading crossbeam to move up and down, completing tests such as tension, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling, puncturing, and bursting of the sample or component. The tension and compression spaces can be automatically adjusted by the rotation of the screw and the movement of the middle crossbeam up and down.

A precision closed-loop control system composed of a controller, servo motor, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer can automatically and accurately control the testing process, and automatically measure testing parameters such as force, displacement, and deformation.

The testing machine can achieve tests such as equal rate test force, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement, and can achieve three-stage control of force, deformation, and displacement in one test, with smooth transitions between each control.

The experimental parameters can be automatically controlled and the experimental results can be obtained through computer collection and software processing. Real time display of test curves and results on computer screens, and printing of test reports and curves.
