This series of air bag thermometers with switch electrical contacts are suitable for the following applications: 1. Applications that require on-site display of process temperature; 2. Difficult to reach locations; 3. The application requires both temperature display and switch circuits.

The 73 type airbag thermometer has multiple optional configurations and can adapt to any process connection or installation position. The probe and dial can be freely adjusted, making it very easy to read. In addition, we also offer models with contact tubes that can measure temperature under extremely small pipe diameters without the need for contact with media. However, when installing this type of thermometer, it is necessary to ensure that the entire length of the contact tube is in complete contact with the measuring point.

The switch electrical contact (electronic electrical contact) can turn on and off the electrical control circuit according to the pointer position of the instrument.

The switch electrical contacts are adjustable throughout the entire measurement range, and the instrument pointer (actual value pointer) can rotate freely throughout the entire range, regardless of the setting. The pointer can be calibrated from the instrument window using a removable key (installed on the terminal box).

The switch electrical contact not only includes multiple electrical contacts, but also can set a single set value. When the actual value pointer exceeds or falls below the set value, the electrical contact will switch.

Switching electrical contacts include sliding electrical contacts, magnetic assisted electrical contacts, inductive electrical contacts, and electronic electrical contacts. Inductive electrical contacts comply with ATEX certification requirements, while electronic electrical contacts can be used for switching PLCs.
