This series of temperature transmitters has high accuracy, electrical isolation function, and excellent anti electromagnetic interference (EMI) performance, and is widely used in the process industry. T32 temperature transmitter supports HART ® The protocol can be configured through various open-source configuration tools. We can provide different types of sensors according to user needs, such as sensors that comply with DIN EN 60751, JIS C1606, DIN 43760, IEC 60584, or DIN 43710 standards. In addition, users can also customize the characteristics of the sensor by entering numerical values (users can customize linearity).
After configuring sensors with redundancy (dual sensors), if one sensor fails, the transmitter will automatically switch to another sensor that can work normally.
In addition, the sensor drift detection function can be activated through redundant configuration. When the temperature deviation between sensor 1 and sensor 2 exceeds the user set value, the transmitter will emit a fault signal.
The T32 transmitter also has many high-end management functions such as sensor line resistance detection, NAMUR NE89 compliant sensor fault detection, and measurement range monitoring. Moreover, this series of transmitters can undergo comprehensive self-monitoring on a regular basis.
The head mounted transmitter has a larger size and can be installed on B-type DIN connectors with larger installation space, such as the Wika BSS type.
The rail mounted transmitter can be installed on all standard rail systems that comply with the IEC 60715 standard.
