    Product Usage

    The constant temperature and humidity test room can be used to simultaneously place a large number of test items for reliability testing, in order to shorten the total testing time of a single product, or to conduct temperature and humidity stress screening (ESS) of products, as well as dynamic testing that requires a large activity space and products with large volumes. This equipment is suitable for use.

    structural characteristics

    • The constant temperature and humidity test room can provide temperature and humidity environment testing for large parts, semi-finished products, and finished products in the industry. It is mainly composed of control panels, distribution panels, insulation storage boards, supply fans, heaters, humidifiers, and freezers. The main specifications are divided into seven standard indoor sizes and 28 different testing specifications under different conditions.

    • ◆ Adopting a combination of storage board units, the content area can be enlarged arbitrarily, and it is easy to disassemble and assemble. It can be designed according to customer size requirements and coordinated with customer expansion transfer.

    • The material of the warehouse board is made of stainless steel and heat-resistant steel plate baked paint, with a sturdy structure, waterproof, and beautiful appearance.

    • The horizontal diffusion vertical heat exchange circulation system using centrifugal air supply method avoids any dead corners and ensures uniform distribution of indoor temperature and humidity.

    • The IPC-500 controller can be connected to a computer through the RS-232 interface, allowing users to design programs, collect test data and records, call program execution, and remotely control machine power on/off functions on the computer.

    • When abnormal conditions occur, the controller screen promptly displays the fault situation, cuts off the power switch, and provides troubleshooting methods.

    • The freezer adopts imported compressors from Europe and America, and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants. The refrigeration system adopts a binary low-temperature circuit system design, and different compressors are used in different temperature ranges to increase the service life of the equipment.

    • After inputting the data and experimental conditions, the controller has a screen lock function to prevent manual touch and shutdown.

    • Equipped with P.I.D automatic calculation function, it can immediately correct temperature and humidity changes, making temperature and humidity control more precise and stable.

    • Equipped with an RS-232 communication interface and connection software, it can design programs on a computer, monitor the testing process, and perform functions such as power on/off.

    • ◆ It has a nine point fault message display. In case of abnormal conditions during operation, the power supply will be immediately cut off and the cause of the fault will be displayed on the screen in real time.

    Freezing and ventilation system

    • The refrigeration unit adopts imported compressor units from Europe and America, and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants (R134A, R404, AR23A).

    • The refrigeration system adopts a binary low-temperature circuit system design and uses different compressors to work in different temperature ranges to increase the service life of the equipment.

    • Using multi wing air supply fans to provide strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, can make the temperature and humidity distribution in the testing area uniform.

    • The wind path circulation adopts a side blowing air return design, and the wind pressure and speed meet the test standards, which can quickly stabilize the temperature and humidity of the switch.

    • Fully independent heating, cooling, humidification, and dehumidification systems can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan, and lower failure rates.
