1、 Product Usage

This equipment is used for conducting environmental simulation reliability tests such as high and low temperature constant and gradient, mutation or thermal tests on various electrical and electronic products, as well as other products, components and materials. The Yuelian constant temperature and humidity machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standards GB/T10586-2006 and GB/T10592-1989.

The equipment test meets the following standards:

• GB/T2423.1-2001 Test A: Low temperature

• GB/T2423.2-2001 Test B: High temperature (partial)

• GB/T2423.3-2006 Test Cab: Constant Warm Temperature

• GB/T2423.4-1993 Test Db: Alternating Warm Temperature

• GB/T2423.34-2005 Test Z/AD: Temperature humidity combination or other temperature tests within the equipment performance range.

2、 Test box structure

• 1. The overall structure is assembled, and transition rooms and observation rooms can be set up as required. The structure of the warehouse has high shock resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and no deformation, making it easy to reinstall, disassemble, and construct.

• 2. Sheet metal material: The outer shell of the test chamber is made of spray painted galvanized color steel plate; The inner boxes are all made of SU304 # stainless steel plates;

• 3. Thermal insulation: a minimum of 10cm of hard polyurethane foam and glass wool insulation layer; PARKIN combination is used around the storage board to increase its airtightness, excellent moisture resistance, and P.U. foam density that meets national standards, with good thermal insulation.

• 4. Warehouse door: Double safety escape freezer door, which can prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel working in the warehouse.

• 5. Experimental space air supply system: The mature air supply system adopts a unified high and low temperature resistant multi blade aluminum fan wheel driven by a motor for upper return air, with a uniformity of less than 2 ℃ within the range of -60~100 ℃; (Distributed according to the national standard of 10 points).

3、 Heating temperature system

• 1. Heater: finned nickel chromium alloy electric heating tube with long service life.

• 2. Humidifier: It uses a heating cylinder (boiler method) for heating, which is faster and more precise than traditional surface heating (water tray). It does not produce impurities such as scale inside the box, has good low-temperature performance, and is easy to clean; The heating tube adopts a seamless stainless steel sleeve with an insulation resistance greater than 50M Ω and is equipped with an anti dry burning controller.

• 3. Water consumption and energy saving: equipped with RO pure water transition device for real-time water replenishment, no need for manual water addition; Accurate dehumidification control with temperature three zones saves water consumption. The cooling and dehumidification system is designed to be turned off at high temperatures and humidity, such as 702 ℃ and 85% RH, greatly reducing water consumption.

The combination walk-in constant temperature and humidity chamber provides the industry with temperature and humidity environment testing for large parts, semi-finished products, and finished products, such as computer terminals and automotive components. Constant temperature and humidity are mainly composed of control panel, distribution panel, insulation storage board, air supply fan, heater, humidifier, and freezer. The main specifications can be divided into 4 standard indoor sizes and 24 different testing specifications under different conditions.

5.1 Has multiple expansion functions

It can display SV and PV curves simultaneously, with free switching between Chinese and English. The external USB port can be directly connected to a printer, enabling local data to be printed by wire without the need for a separate computer, making it convenient and fast. (Printers need to consider compatibility)

Without the need for any converters, it can be connected to a computer LAN via Ethernet RJ45 standard communication, facilitating remote monitoring and supporting simultaneous online control and management of multiple machines. (Requires computer connection)

5.2 Uniformity characteristics of temperature and humidity disclosure

Utilize multi wing air supply fans to provide strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners and ensuring even distribution of temperature and humidity.

5.3 Complete safety protection device

If an abnormal situation occurs, the control screen will automatically display the fault status, cut off the power switch, and propose troubleshooting methods.

5.4 Ultra low temperature control

The ultra-low temperature range can be optionally equipped with chemical rotary adsorption to reach the low-temperature and humid area. The ultra-low temperature area is assisted by an external rotary chemical dehumidifier for cooling, such as a 10% RH point at 10 degrees Celsius.
