The air is discharged outside by the fan, and the oil residue is left in the water. The oil residue is collected at the oil residue collection point after the spray cabinet, and the water flows back in front of it repeatedly, thus maintaining the indoor and outdoor air from being polluted by paint mist and protecting the health of workers.

The structure of the water shower room

The common types of water spray rooms include dry spray painting, spray painting, water spin painting, water curtain, Wen's, pumpless, and spray painting, which use a water pump to atomize water and wash air. The latter type directly uses a fan to generate high-speed airflow impact, which rolls up water and atomizes water to wash air and melt paint mist. In order to easily separate the water interface, a serrated plate is installed at the air inlet containing paint mist, allowing airflow to flow in between the water surface and the serrations. This device has good ventilation effect and can keep the working environment clean.
