The CYX-WJ series boiler steam flowmeter is mainly used for measuring the flow rate of gases and fluids in industrial pipelines. The characteristics of boiler steam flowmeter are small pressure loss, large range, high accuracy, and it is almost not affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring the volumetric flow rate under working conditions.
The function of boiler steam flowmeter
The CYX-WJ series steam vortex flowmeter is mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline media fluids, such as gases (natural gas/compressed air), liquids, steam, and other media. Its characteristics are small pressure loss, large range, high accuracy, and almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc. when measuring volumetric flow rate under working conditions. No movable mechanical parts, therefore high reliability and low maintenance. Equipped with temperature and pressure sensors to measure standard volumetric and mass flow rates.

1. Select caliber based on traffic flow
Because flow meters have upper and lower limits for measurement, the choice of flow meter diameter depends on your commonly used flow rate. It is important to ensure that your commonly used flow rate is within the measurement range. If the flow meter diameter selected based on the commonly used flow rate does not match the existing diameter, the pipeline diameter can be changed.

Installation requirements for boiler steam flowmeter

1. Try to avoid strong electrical equipment, high-frequency equipment, and strong switching power supply equipment as much as possible. The power supply of the instrument should be separated from these devices as much as possible.
2. Avoid direct effects from high-temperature heat sources and radiation sources. If installation is necessary, insulation and ventilation measures must be taken.
3. Avoid high humidity and strong corrosive gas environments. If installation is necessary, ventilation measures must be taken.
4. Vortex flow meters should be avoided from being installed on pipelines with strong vibration as much as possible. If installation is necessary, pipeline fastening devices must be installed at 2D upstream and downstream locations, and anti vibration pads must be added to enhance the anti vibration effect.
5. It is best to install the instrument indoors, and when installing outdoors, attention should be paid to waterproofing. Special attention should be paid to bending the cable into a U-shape at the electrical interface to prevent water from entering the amplifier housing along the cable.
6. There should be ample space around the instrument installation point for wiring installation and regular maintenance.
