XV400 is a fiber optic spectrometer with a spectral range of 180nm-430nm. The detector adopts a Hamamatsu linear array back illuminated CCD, 16 bit A/D sampling and 75% quantum efficiency provide high signal-to-noise ratio and large dynamic range for the spectrometer. It can be widely applied in fields such as physical and chemical analysis, biological samples, semiconductor material detection, optical detection, and material detection. XV400 has a spectral wavelength shift of<0.1nm between 0-40 degrees and good thermal stability, making it suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection scenarios.
