Multi channel alarm function, when the system encounters an abnormality, it immediately generates an audible and visual alarm, activates the fault relay, and transmits it to the background through RS485 and RS232. At the same time, the main monitoring display automatically jumps to the fault information display screen, which facilitates the scientific management of unmanned computer rooms.
Comprehensive setting function, which can flexibly configure the system (such as whether the busbar is segmented or not, the number of modules, the number of battery packs, the number of inspection and insulation detectors, etc.), set the upper and lower alarm limits of various parameters, set the current sensor ratio, and configure the fault output nodes.
Discharge metering function, when the user wants to verify the discharge of the battery pack, as long as the discharge metering function is activated, the system automatically provides a discharge load loading control signal and lowers the module output voltage (such as 198V) to start discharging the battery. The discharge time and discharge capacity are measured. When the battery voltage reaches the user set termination discharge voltage value, the system automatically provides a discharge load cut-off control signal to restore normal working state. The user evaluates the battery pack based on the recorded discharge capacity; When users want to have a detailed understanding of the battery charging and discharging situation, they can refer to the charging and discharging curve to understand its voltage and current values at all times, thereby further understanding the performance of the battery.
Adopting the standard communication protocol of the Ministry of Electric Power, while providing RS232 and RS485 serial communication interfaces, it is convenient to interface with the power automation system and achieve the "four remote" function of the power system, thus achieving the goal of unmanned automation management.
Multi level operation permission management method, the system has factory passwords, initialization passwords, and super passwords, and unauthorized personnel can only perform simple query operations to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
