In order to address the aforementioned waste and the current operational status of street lamps, our company has developed the YTRS series of energy-saving control equipment for street lamps by combining years of power electronics, computer control, measurement and control technology, and communication technology. This device can effectively reduce energy consumption and management waste, improve the lighting level, operational stability, and management level of street lamps.
The YTRS series street lamp energy-saving control equipment integrates electromagnetic stepless voltage regulation technology, digital intelligent control technology, and remote wireless communication technology. It is controlled by a microprocessor, intelligently detects changes in grid voltage, intelligently adjusts electrical parameters, and takes into account the physical characteristics of gas discharge lamps. It achieves energy-saving effects while effectively protecting lighting fixtures. The energy-saving control equipment is equipped with a built-in reactive power compensation system, which can control the power factor above 0.92, greatly reducing line losses and improving electricity efficiency. The controller adopts a fully Chinese human-computer interaction interface, which facilitates users to set various parameters and programs. The complete timing control function and flexible target voltage setting function can ensure that the actual output voltage is stable within the pre-set range, achieving the ideal combination of energy consumption and brightness requirements of the street lamp lighting system, suppressing excessive energy consumption, and achieving the purpose of effective energy saving and optimized power supply. At the same time, the controller reserves RS485 communication interface and wireless communication device, which can directly exchange data with the street lamp management system, achieve remote monitoring and multi-point centralized management, and facilitate real-time control and scientific management of urban lighting by the street lamp management department.
The YTRS series street lamp energy-saving control equipment is widely used in public lighting environments such as municipal roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, gardens, docks, sightseeing lights, sports squares, amusement parks, advertising light boxes, etc. The applicable types of lamps include high-pressure sodium lamps, low-pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps, high-pressure mercury lamps, fluorescent lamps, and all gas discharge lighting fixtures.


Composition description:
The equipment is mainly composed of a magnetic stepless voltage regulator, a bypass contactor, a reactive power compensation module, a surge suppressor, a control system, and an acquisition unit. The equipment has manual and automatic bypass functions. The voltage regulator is an stepless voltage regulator, and the reactive power compensation module is an optional unit. The acquisition unit mainly collects input and output parameters including current, current, power, power factor, electrical energy, residual current, etc. The communication interface is mainly used to achieve data exchange with the street lamp management system and send control commands to the distributed control module. Soft start preheating: When the lamp is just turned on, the device outputs a soft start preheating voltage of 195V~225V. After about ten minutes (adjustable), it automatically switches to a stable voltage and energy-saving state.
Stepless voltage regulation: The output voltage value and the time period of voltage change can be freely selected between 190V and 230V. The energy-saving device will automatically and slowly adjust the output voltage to the set value according to time.
Time control function: 8 time periods can be set every day, and each time period can output different energy-saving voltages (arbitrarily determined).
Optimization function: The winding of the compensating transformer can suppress the transient of the load current and optimize the quality of the output voltage.
Overvoltage and undervoltage protection: When the output voltage exceeds the set value by ± 10%, the energy-saving cabinet will automatically switch to the "bypass" state and switch to mains power supply.
Short circuit protection: When a short circuit occurs at the output terminal, the circuit breaker automatically cuts off the input power supply
Midnight light load output (optional): It can add a controllable output to the road lighting midnight light circuit.
Centralized monitoring system (optional): A lighting centralized monitoring system can be installed to remotely measure, signal, and control the energy-saving cabinet and the entire lighting system.
Reactive power compensation (optional): Reactive power compensation function can be installed, and the compensation value is determined by the user according to the on-site load situation.
Stable voltage and energy-saving
The output voltage of the energy-saving cabinet can always remain stable at the user's set value, regardless of whether the grid voltage is in peak or valley, resulting in significant energy-saving effects with a power-saving rate of over 25%. The service life is over 15 years, with long-term benefits from a single investment.

When the lighting fixture is first turned on, the energy-saving cabinet outputs a slow ramp voltage of 195V to 225V, which helps to turn on the gas discharge lamp and protects the fixture from high voltage impact. After about ten minutes (adjustable), the output voltage automatically switches to the user's set value.
stepless voltage regulation
During the output voltage conversion process, it can change very slowly (5-10V per minute). This stepless voltage regulation method can avoid damage to the lamp caused by excessive voltage fluctuations and greatly improve the service life of the lamp.
Intelligent control for energy conservation
Users can set energy-saving voltage according to their own needs, and program the operating time and power supply voltage of lighting loads.
Reduce maintenance costs
Due to the reduction of the operating temperature of lighting fixtures and the effective removal of harmonics and transients, the service life of lighting fixtures can be extended by at least 2 times, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
Safe and reliable operation
Ensure that the lighting system starts up normally, runs stably, and has no flickering or interruption.
The output of the energy-saving cabinet is a complete sine wave, which will not cause any harmonic pollution to the power grid.
The energy-saving cabinet has an automatic bypass function, which can automatically switch to the power grid in case of a fault. (The bypass function can also be manually operated)
