ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector is a new and advanced bag dust collector. Years of operation have proven that this dust collector has the advantages of high efficiency, low resistance, simple maintenance, and reliable operation. This dust collector is suitable for the process recovery and dust removal purification of fine dust, and the emission concentration can be much lower than the national regulations. At present, ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collectors have gradually been promoted and used in factories in mechanical, metallurgical, power and other departments.

ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing bag filter belongs to low-energy dust cleaning and external filter bag filter. Its filter bag adopts flat bags, and the cross-sectional shape of the filter bag is made into a trapezoid or wedge shape. Compared with circular filter bags, under the same filtering load per unit area of the filter cloth, ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collectors have a smaller footprint and a more compact structure, which allows for more filtering area to be arranged per unit volume. This is a major feature of ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collectors.

ZC-II/III Mechanical Rotary Backblowing Flat Bag Dust Collector Structure Composition:

The ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector consists of four parts: upper box, middle box, lower box, and back blowing dust cleaning mechanism.

1. Upper box: including dust collector cover, rotating cover removal device, cleaning room, bag changing inlet, observation hole, and air outlet.

2. Medium box body: including flower board, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide, filter chamber cylinder, air inlet, and inlet door.

3. Lower box: including positioning support frame, ash hopper, star shaped ash discharge valve, and support.

4. Anti blowing dust cleaning mechanism: including rotary arm, nozzle, loop anti blowing mechanism, circulating air duct, anti blowing pipe, anti blowing machine, and rotary arm deceleration mechanism.

Working principle of ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector:

Filtering condition - The dusty airflow enters the upper space of the filtering chamber tangentially, due to the volute shaped inlet. Large particles and aggregated dust particles spin down the ash hopper along the cylinder wall under centrifugal force. Small particle dust disperses in the gaps between the filter bags in the filtration chamber and is retained by the filter bags. Adhering to the outer layer of the filter bag, purified air passes through the filter wall and collects through the filter bag guide on the flower plate in the clean room, and is sucked out by the ventilation fan and discharged into the atmosphere.

Regeneration condition - As the filtration condition progresses, the retained dust gradually thickens, resulting in an increase in the resistance of the filter bag. When the upper limit of the anti blowing control resistance is reached, the anti blowing machine can be manually turned on as needed, or the differential pressure transmitter can send a signal to automatically start the anti blowing machine and the anti blowing rotary arm transmission mechanism for anti blowing. Our company can also provide a matching self-control device. The back blowing air flow with sufficient momentum is blown into the filter bag inlet through the rotary arm nozzle, blocking the filtered air flow and changing the pressure condition inside the bag, causing substantial vibration of the filter bag and shaking off dust accumulation. Rotate the arm in turns and blow back one by one. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the anti blowing mechanism manually closes or automatically stops working. In order to save the power of the anti blowing mechanism and reduce the anti blowing air volume, the three and four circle (i.e. 144ZC-II20ZC type) bag filter is equipped with a segmented anti blowing mechanism to blow only one filter bag at a time.

Compared with commonly used pulse bag dust collectors in China, ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collectors have the following characteristics:

1. The ladder shaped flat bag is arranged inside the cylindrical body, with a simple and compact structure, and the filtration area refers to the elevation. Under the action of counter blowing, the trapezoidal flat bag has a large amplitude, and only one vibration is needed to shake off the accumulated dust, which is beneficial for improving the service life of the filter bag.

2. The high-pressure fan equipped with the equipment is used for reverse blowing dust cleaning, which is not limited by the air source conditions of the usage site, has fewer vulnerable parts, is easy to maintain, operates reliably, overcomes the disadvantages of compressed air pulse dust cleaning, has a large reverse blowing distance, can use long filter bags, fully utilizes space, and occupies a small land area.

3. The shell is designed with a cyclone dust collector volute inlet, which can play a local cyclone role and reduce the load on the filter bag. The shape of the cylindrical dome is uniform in force and has good blast resistance.

4. By using the resistance of the dust collector as a signal, it is possible to automatically control the rotation back blowing for dust cleaning, and adjust the cleaning cycle according to the high or low inlet concentration.

5. The upper cover of ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector is divided into multiple pieces, which can be opened freely, making bag replacement and maintenance very convenient.

6. After several designs, the ZC-II/III mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector no longer needs to limit the inlet concentration to 15 grams/m3. Even if it is 150 grams/m3, there is no need to add a cyclone dust collector. The rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector has the function of a cyclone dust collector, but there is no resistance from the cyclone dust collector. Although this equipment increases the cost, its selling price will not increase.

7. Filter bag lifespan: The normal service life is not less than 1 year.

8. Except in cold regions, this dust collector can be installed outdoors without the need for a dust collector room.

9. Explosion proof measures: When used in explosive gas environments, the box and top cover of the dust collector should be equipped with flip type explosion-proof doors, and diagonal pin fasteners must be added between the top cover and the clean room. The selection should be explained.

ZC-II/III Mechanical Rotary Backblowing Flat Bag Dust Collector Maintenance and Inspection:

1. After installation, lubricating oil should be added to each transmission part, and then a test run should be conducted to check if the reducer is reversing. If it is reversing, it should be immediately rewired to avoid damaging the parts. If it is confirmed to be correct, it can be officially started.

2. After the top cover is closed, it should be tested for flexible rotation first. The joint between the top cover and the cleaning outdoor ring should be sealed with rubber to ensure the sealing performance when the top cover is closed.

3. Cover the filter bag frame with a filter bag (fluff facing inward), secure the bag opening and guide with a pressure strip to prevent air leakage, and then carefully insert it into the flower board (be careful not to scratch or injure the filter bag). Insert the tail cone into the corresponding positioning ring of the lower bracket, place a rubber ring under the upper guide frame, and press it down with a pressure plate at an oblique angle.

4. When installing the anti blowing rotary arm transmission mechanism, attention should be paid to being vertical up and down, and the rotation plane of the rotary arm should be parallel to the upper plane of the frame guide and maintain a distance of 2-4mm. The rotation should be flexible, the air outlet flipping device should be in the appropriate position with the collision head, and the flipping should be correct and flexible.

5. The trapezoidal hole of the flower board should be perpendicular to the corresponding positioning ring on the lower bracket to prevent the upper opening from tilting and leaking after inserting the filter bag frame.

6. Sealing fillers should be embedded between the flower board and the bracket, and between the bracket and the support ring. Then, tighten and adjust the bolts to ensure that the flower board plane is parallel to the anti blowing air outlet of the rotating arm and maintains a distance of 62mm.

7. Each entrance door, explosion-proof door, observation hole, etc. should have rubber strips to ensure their sealing.

8. Sealing fillers should be embedded between the flanges of the ash hopper filter chamber, cleaning room, etc. before tightening the bolts to prevent air leakage.
