The vacuum kneading machine simulates the principle of manual kneading and dough making in a vacuum state, which enables the rapid formation of gluten networks and is superior to conventional kneading methods. The vacuum pump, pump water tank, and automatic water tank are all built into the body, occupying a small area and making it easy to use and transport. In the automatic water addition system, the water level probe is used to adjust and control the amount of water added, without the need for auxiliary equipment such as a quantitative pump.
