Digital Integration

With the Axiocam series cameras and ZEN 2 core imaging system,Zeiss metallographic microscopeAxioscope has become a powerful digital document system. From device control to image acquisition, analysis, and storage of your analytical data,Zeiss metallographic microscopeAxioscope provides a fully digital workflow

A complete solution for metallographic research

Zeiss metallographic microscopeAxioscope is fully functional, providing complete metallographic solutions for material laboratories with all features. The camera serves as an important interface for digitizing sample data, and the lens uses specially customized lenses, as well as imaging systems developed specifically for material and metallographic research.

Integrated material module imaging system

ZEN 2 core is the command center for your automated imaging and analysis capabilities. The Axioscope module is used to determine grain size, phase and layer thickness, and graphite particle grading, providing all meaningful metallographic analysis functions in a unified user interface.

Easy to use, with high work efficiency

Ergonomic Design

Zeiss metallographic microscopeAxioscope is designed to make daily operations as comfortable and safe as possible. Important control components such as the focus knob, stage handle, light source controller, and image capture are set on both sides, allowing experimenters to operate with both hands simultaneously to avoid excessive work with one hand.

Simple image acquisition

The shooting button makes digital image acquisition very easy. By simply pressing this ergonomically designed button, you can easily obtain images while maintaining control over sample position, magnification, or observation module. In this way, the microscope can accurately record the sample data in your current field of view.

Perfect control of stage and Z-axis movement

The Axioscope 7, with its innovative operating concept and fully automatic version, allows you to perfectly control the movement of the stage and Z-axis without having to take your hands off the microscope or rely on external controllers. By simply pressing the button, you can control the Z-axis or XY stage through the tuning knob. By activating the XY control, you can use the right-hand knob to move the stage along the X-axis, and use the left-hand knob to move the stage along the Y-axis.
