Product Introduction

1、 Fully automatic large barrel filling machine:
The fully automatic large barrel filling machine adopts PLC program for fully automatic control, and its working process is as follows:
Close the air leakage protection switch and turn on the emergency stop switch. The power indicator light on the panel lights up, indicating that the power supply of the machine is connected and the PLC is powered on. Place the "selector switch" in the "automatic" position, press the "start switch" button once, control the AC contactor of the transmission motor to close, and the machine starts working. When an empty bucket is inserted into the empty bucket position and the empty bucket detection induction switch is pressed (the flushing signal is sent out by the empty bucket detection induction switch in the washing bucket inlet area), the washing bucket drive motor starts running and carries the empty bucket into each washing and disinfection station through the chain and bucket holder. The flushing bucket passes through six stations: station one uses drip drying, while stations two, three, and four use washing and disinfection solutions for flushing; station five uses clean water for flushing, and station six uses pure water for flushing. When the transmission motor runs with an empty bucket and enters the positioning induction area with the induction piece on the chain, the positioning induction switch sends a signal to stop the transmission motor, and the flushing bucket water pump starts to perform corresponding flushing and disinfection work (the flushing time is controlled by the PLC program); After flushing, the cleaned empty bucket is conveyed by the bucket washing transmission mechanism and falls onto the bucket pushing rack. The bucket pushing cylinder works to push the empty bucket to the filling position, aligning the filling nozzle with the bucket mouth. After the pure water flushing is completed, the filling water pump starts filling. (The filling time is adjusted by the user according to their needs). When the filling is full, the PLC sends a control signal, the filling solenoid valve closes, and the water filling stops. After the filling is completed, the next water bucket is used to send the filled water bucket to the capping area for capping, and then to the capping area. The capping cylinder drives the capping device to press the bucket lid tightly. At this point, a washing and irrigation cycle is completed.
Attention: Only empty buckets inserted before the washing bucket drive motor runs are valid. The empty bucket inserted into the washing and disinfection station after the operation of the washing bucket transmission motor is treated as no bucket by the microcomputer control system. At the same time, the machine will not wash or fill. If the machine continues to operate, it may cause equipment damage.
