The Juncheng ultrafine grinder is a new type of vibration grinding grinder, with the grinding chamber located on the main shaft, which is connected to the motor output shaft. This device utilizes eccentric excitation weights at both ends of the spindle to subject the material not only to horizontal centrifugal force, but also to vertical force, causing the material to form a motion trajectory in the crushing chamber and produce crushing.
As shown in Figure 1, the material is mixed with a vibrating medium in the grinding cylinder and subjected to strong vibration. The inner and outer grinding media constantly exchange positions, and the two grinding media collide, squeeze, and shear the material, generating positive impact force and lateral shear force on the material (Figure 3), causing the material to be crushed and sheared, and the material particles are continuously broken from large to small. The probability of crushing particles of different sizes is the same throughout the entire crushing process, resulting in a uniformly fine powder, greatly reducing the crushing time and improving the crushing efficiency. The material becomes fluidized during the crushing process, allowing each particle to have the same motion state, achieving precise mixing (dispersion emulsification) while crushing.
