Stainless steel sandwich pot, also known as steam potcooking potSandwich steam boiler. Usually composed of a pot body and legs. The pot body is a double-layer structure composed of an inner and outer spherical pot body, with steam heating introduced into the middle layer. There are fixed, tilting, stirring and other styles available. The sandwich pot has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, easy temperature control, beautiful appearance, easy installation, convenient operation, safety and reliability.

Main technical and structural performance of sandwich pot manufacturers:

1、 容积: 50L、100L、200L、300L、400L、500L、600L、800L、1000L。

2. Structural form: Divided into tilting and vertical structures, with or without stirring according to process requirements.

3. Pot body material: ① Inner pot body made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316), jacket and bracket made of carbon steel (Q235-B) coated with anti rust paint on the outside; ② Both inside and outside are made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316).

4. Pot body with mixing device: top center mixing, reducer output shaft and mixing blade shaft are connected by a sleeve for easy disassembly and cleaning.

5. Mixing speed: 36r/min (a certain speed can be selected according to customer requirements); Mixing blade form: ordinary mixing (anchor type) and scraping bottom mixing.

6. Support foot form: ① Vertical pot body: triangular pyramid form, circular tube form; ② Tiltable pot body: groove shaped bracket type.

7. Equipment configuration: dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, discharge port, etc. (vertical structure).

8. The tilting sandwich pot body can be tilted up to 90 °, and the tilting method is manual flipping.

Note: The working pressure, motor power, heating power, and mixing slurry structure of the jacket can be customized according to the customer's special requirements.

The electric heating sandwich pot is mainly composed of a pot body and a bracket. The pot body is a double-layer structure composed of an inner and outer pot body, and the middle layer is filled with thermal oil or water. The electric heating sandwich pot uses 380V electricity as the heat source. The sandwich pot is equipped with electric heating rods, electric thermocouples, and heat transfer oil (self supplied), which can reach 320 degrees. It is controlled by an electric control box and equipped with a temperature control system inside. Electric heating sandwich pots have a large heating area, uniform heating, high thermal efficiency, short liquid boiling time, and easy control of heating temperature.

Maintenance and upkeep:

1. When there is steam leakage at the inlet and outlet pipe joints, and tightening the nut does not solve the problem, packing should be added or replaced.

2. Pressure gauges and safety valves should be regularly inspected, and any malfunctions should be promptly replaced and repaired.

3. After 50 hours of use, the gearbox should be removed and the lubricating oil should be drained. It should be rinsed with kerosene or diesel, and 30 # -40 # clean engine oil should be added. After 150 hours of use, the oil should be changed for the second time. Depending on the specific situation, the oil should be changed every 1000 hours or so thereafter.

4. Rust proof oil peeling off should be applied in a timely manner, and the paint for the outer pot should be applied. It is recommended to use X55-3 aluminum powder ethylene water-resistant paint.

5. After 5 years of use, it is recommended to conduct a safety water pressure test on this pot. The interval between water pressure tests in the future should be in accordance with the requirements of technical departments in various regions.

6. The outer shell of this pot is made of steel plate with a thickness of 4.0-5.5 millimeters and a steel grade of A3. When the outer pot has been corroded and thinned to below 2mm for many years, it should be stopped from use.
